CONSUMER SAFETY

Our safety comitment start in the farm; we do not use meat and bone meals, we produce GMO (generic modified) free pork .
Our farms have a catalog of information including: Male and female breed, feeding structure by age stage, medicine aplication control; all this for our customerīs information. We have to mention that our farms are under the Sonora Safe Pork Farms (SSPF) Program, which is regulated by the mexican government.

Our top quality modern clean facilities are under TIF regulations certified by the ministry of agriculture of Mexico and international safety standards as HACCP, SSOPīs, GMPīs is implemented; with internal and external laboratories certifying our sanitary status.

“Micro branding” is the ability to track the inputs used to make food products backward to their source.

In Lancer we have the ability to track our pruducts “from fork to farm”.

Each box have a labeled tag with the following information:

Farm origin
Slauther date
Processing date
More : product, time, weight, etc.

We have been exporting chilled pork since 1998 with no significance claim.
